"I prepaid for the trip through expedia and was given an amount due at the property for resort fees and incidentals and when I arrived the amount was double what i was told and they were very rude and said sorry, it is what is basically. Staff at front desk is not very pleasant."

"Updated and extremely clean. Room was quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast actually had more offerings than we were expecting. Very close to the London Bridge. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again."
