"There was one terrible front desk lady over the phone. She didn’t want to be bother with my questions before my stay so she kept hanging up the phone. So unprofessional . I will never go back there!"

"The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana from the lobby to the third floor, room key didn't work 5 different times in 2 nights, floor near the ac in room was soaking wet, no housekeeping service so we had to ask for more towels and soap, TV listed over 90 channels and only 30-35 worked the rest had ..."
