Must be a new thing in Portugal because alot of the hotels I'd look up had no bed sheets.

"The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, but there was a slightly musty smell. It was also somewhat lacking in supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.).
In terms of location – it’s relatively close to a main bus and metro station, about a 7-minute walk."
