"The place was great in general , two things i really have to say are : early in the morning the cleaning and maintenance staff make so much noise talking loud and using the walky talky radios. The other thing was the restaurant, with those prices i was expecting great dinners, but they were mediocre. I complaint once to the waitress(they had the nerve to serve me a bone of osso bucco, no meat at all, that night i was so hungry and i got so mad about the dish that’s why i complained ) but seems like they didn’t care at all . Other than that everyone was friendly and kind ."

"Si vas a un evento en el Coliseo Medplus, este hotel definitivamente es la mejor opción. El personal muy amable y atento, la comida muy buena, el hotel cuenta con una plaza de restaurantes, tienen cajeros, ofrecen servicio de traslados, etc. Solo cosas buenas para decir de este hotel la verdad. Me llevé una grata experiencia sobretodo por la conciencia que tenían sobre el concierto de Korn, colocaron decoraciones en el lobby, pusieron la música, organizaron transporte para llevarnos de ida y regreso del coliseo. En fin. Todo excelente."
