Das Personal ist sehr hoflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig in Auswahl und Geschmack. Alle 30 Minuten gibt es einen Hoteltransfer mit dem Wassertaxi nach Venedig. Das parkähnliche Hotelgelände ist beeindruckend und sehr weitläufig. Der Pool ist beheizt und sehr groß. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen."

"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"
