"No windows, no light, no fresh air. The room was clean. But your front door opens onto a common area, where three German hipsters were making dinner in the kitchenette, playing pool and watching TV loudly all night. There’s no soundproofing, so be prepared for a roommates vibe.
Digital check-in. Not a single staff member on site. I needed help with my room. I texted and called for four hours. Only at 10p did they finally get back to me. “Our phone lines aren’t working properly.” Sure.

"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained.
My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking.
There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking.
Other than that I would recommend. "

"Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. .

"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms .
It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard.
There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding.

"The truest test of a review is would we stay there again? The answer to that is sadly a no. Nothing particularly wrong, just not really a good value all things considered in the end.
