"Comfortable and functional"

"Todo muy bien, la cafetería excelente y el trato estupendo"

"Ótima localização e funcionários prestativos"

"Está en las afueras, no había ruido y estaba limpio. Básico pero bueno"

"The staff were extremely professional, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay! I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Juan at The Level reception on the 26th floor. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an early check-out and refund issue. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference and solved a major problem during my trip. Thank you so much, Juan! You truly made my travel experience much easier and better. I sincerely appreciate everything you...

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away. "Neues Hotel, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück inkl top Personal. Tolles Zimmer ausgefüllter Kühlschrank. Gerne Wieder. Zentral gelegen, top zum Essen gehen."

"Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. Location on the beach, with lots of dining options is fantastic. Ocean view room with balcony does not disappoint! Just be mindful that it is a bit out of the historic center. We did not learn if there’s an easy bus or tram and relied on taxis. A shuttle, or a guide to transportation would have been helpful."
