"The property is in a good location, the apartment is clean but it has plumbing issues! One bathroom had clogged sink and shower drain, the shower basin filled with smelly water on the last night. If you are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you! Very noisy area! Overall ok"

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is not the property for you if you have accessibility issues. Or if you like everything neat and tidy, consistent and predictable. This apartment has been converted out of the stables of a 15th Century Town Palace, this means walls in odd places, different floor heights, tight spiral staircase, and old plaster painted over, there is not a lot of natural light, I think this is what most bad reviewers pick up on, so if you like big natural windows and views you will not find them here. ...

"Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service."

Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! If this really must be the process, please please make this clearer. Thankfully I noticed this, and after a nail biting delay of nearly 24...

"Very nice apartment. The location was also nice with a short walk to almost everything. Some stairs to the apartment, but they were not to steep, and quite wide. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character. "
