Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste "

There is no reception so you get your codes emailed to you - completely didn't realise this as hadn't got an email in the morning before travelling (it came later) though did ring up the staff and they were understanding and got me in, with all information being resent. "Property has a huge car park and the hotel us easy to find, in an out if town location. Expevt to have a £100 security depusit tajen which i find u usual and is someyhing aybe the hote, will address in future. Rest assured the rooms are comfortable and if breakfast is taken it is excellent"
"Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again."
"The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety."
"Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.

"Fabulous place, everything you need for an overnight or longer. Shower cubicle is only small & my other half is a big guy so he struggled a bit & the towels weren’t very big so I’d take my own bath sheets when we come again. Very clean only a double bed so again was a squeeze but comfortable & clean. The heating was on in the hall way so that was a shock as it was very humid & its the warmest spring ever"
