"My daughter, son, and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Loreto very much. The staff there was so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The location was very good and walking distance from most of the major attractions in Santiago. It is also near several metro stations if you want to use public transit. While the hotel does not serve breakfast, they do offer the most amazing coffee throughout the day. "We booked a bigger room which was really nice and spacious with nice hot showers. However, the hotel is on a busy road, therefore noisy, despite being on the 9th floor we heard a lot of traffic noise constantly. The mattress was not good at all, if my partner moved I felt like being jumped up and nearly out of the bed…
There was also no internet for 2 days - apparently the provider's fault but they only came to fix it the next day, which was inconvenient as we didn't have mobile internet. TV...
