"Great check in and out, very effecient. Receptionist noticed my mum had mobility issues and gave us room near to lift, without asking. Room very comfy. Only critisism was there is no where to sit and do makeup/hair. Mirror in room but high up and lighting near it was not great. Only stayed one night, so could put up with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and all freshly prepared. "

"Room was great, check in was slick, bar was nice (but closes quite early - 2330 does seem a bit early for residents). Breakfast a bit disappointing for those of us that don’t eat red meat. If you don’t want eggs you’re in for pancakes or continental. I don’t understand the lack of veggie or turkey bacon (I appreciate that’s just me - but vegetable sausages cause just the most insane reflux!)"

Only down side is the bed is very soft/jelly-like and difficult to get out of-- especially given we were in an accessible room. Otherwise, great experience!"

"Good location not too far from Lime Street Station. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. No street noise to disturb our sleep. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great with quality toiletries provided - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and and body lotion. An excellent self service breakfast was included with plenty of choice. Hot food was hot and everything' was replenished regularly. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again."

Called and emailed property on multiple occasions to confirm 'pay at property' because we were arriving at 8pm Each time confimed yes pay at property, someone will be on reception Took money off credit card before we arrived at 10am on check in day Company said it was because a card was on hotels.com account but you cant book without a card being stored Lots of faffing for my friends and me sorting payment out after repeatedly asking...
