"Shame it didn't have ensuite with proper shower as such and the "full breakfast" was not a full proper English breakfast, ie eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, brown toast, hashbrowns, mushrooms etc..."
"Warm welcome, staff are lovely, great location and the room was super clean and comfortable. Shower is great and complimentary pastries and hot drinks at breakfast appreciated. We have stayed here many times and look forward to returning."
" A wonderful hotel in a central, walkable location in Liverpool. Very pleasant and helpful staff and beautiful room. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Querky property, doesn't look like a hotel/motel. Staff very good and accommodating. Ideal for matchday with the lads, wouldn't take the wife. Beds we had were not the best but understand the need for waterproof covers. These make a lot of noise when moving in bed. would stay again if stuck for accommodation. Free secure parking is a bonus."
