"Our room had trash leftover from the previous guests and its not very clean. Shower also didn’t work properly Water temperature was very good. Pressure would’ve been ok if the shower head worked "

"They said the clean room every other day and when they do they don’t even clean good. Trash under the bed, found small items of other guests such as hair bands. They did not clean the glasses we used, when making the bed we found our earbuds inside the sheets, they never vacuum. Overall staff was nice, but cleaning ladies need to do a much better job."

"Lokation am Traumstrand. Gartenbereich sehr schön. Parkplätze gut. 3 große gute Gasgrills zum Nutzen. Betten gut aber etwas durchgelegen. Nicht ganz sauber nach deutschem Standard. Viele Familien mit Kindern, sodass teilweise etwas Betrieb. Trotzdem sehr angenehm. In der Nähe kann man gut am Stand spazieren oder joggen gehen. Alles in Allem, sehr zu empfehlen."

"I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. "Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional location combining hilly forest and beach. Rooms and property condition are outstanding. Beach is a bit of a walk and not private. On site food very good, not exceptional. Check in and check out experience could be friendlier. On site concierge desk is average. "

The pool bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a resort - very much appreciated this attention! Aside from a negative interaction with the hotel manager who was not friendly or very helpful after our vehicle's windshield was shattered by a golf ball in the valet lot, the rest of the staff was wonderful. " The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...
