"We arrived on Saturday @ 4pm. There is no one at the building to help you get in. I was told that I was sent all the info in advance but I don’t remember getting it. And if I do it was in French and I only soak a little French so when we arrived we did not have a door code, key for our room, know where to park etc. Finally I was able to text and get the info I needed. "La communication avec le personnel particulièrement agréable et efficace. Nous avons eu un petit souci sur la chambre qui nous a été attribuée mais très vite une autre chambre nous a été proposée. La location est au cœur de la vieille ville ce qui permet de tout faire à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Je recommande vivement"
