"Their rooms on level 1 aka basement are very musty. We asked to move up on day 2 and they were really nice and cooperative to move us to a higher floor. Breakfast was okay 5/10. "We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."

"The check in process was really easy, staff were helpful, great location close to the airport. Only downside was the room temperature. I was able to adjust the AC, but it did not cool the room.
