The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"Great stay. Very quiet with excellent views from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Hourly shuttle service made it easy to get in the center of town from the hillside hotel.
