"The hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable, staff extremely helpful and breakfast just right to get us on our way. The neighbourhood was quiet with lots of places to eat and drink and the hotel was located near the train and metro stations. Highly recommended. "

"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. "Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route. The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area. Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid...

"Excellent stay. This was our last leg of vacation so we wanted to go out with a really nice hotel and this didn't disappoint. Great location. The rooms had a steamer to help ensure outfits were ready, coffee and tea stations, well stocked mini fridge, and food on site. The staff was great from the moment we arrived until we said our goodbyes. All around great experience. "

The staff were so kind, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also found the common areas, especially the kitchen, to be so useful during our trip. "Hotel seemed older but was clean. It wasnt super quiet but also was not loud either. We were able to sleep with little interruption. The location was okay. 20 minute walk to the tourist area and main sites. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. We felt safe in the hotel. They had locks and staff at the desk. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better.
