"We really enjoyed our three days here. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel is charming and quirky. The weather was very hot, so the addition of two sturdy portable fans was very welcome. We were in a lovely attic conversion and could see the countryside around for miles. Although we were at the top of the building, the water pressure was good and we could all have showers to cool off without any problems - plenty of hot water, too - and the toiletries smelled gorgeous. Breakfast cooked...
"I stay here most years for an event I attend nearby. The rooms are good value, clean and have everything I need. It is low hassle, quiet and I sleep well. Breakfast is very basic Fruit, pastry and cereal bar hung on the door the day before but suits me for an early start."
"We booked the Harewood Inn to attend a wedding at Homme House. As we needed to get to the venue for 1:30pm, the kind team let us check in early to drop our bags and get ready. "Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."
