"The housekeeping staff was excellent. From the minute I made a phone call about my friend coming and asked for connecting rooms. The front desk staff was more than accommodating. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm and they were more than accommodating, They took care of me with a blizzard rate. The only things that I thought was a little strange was that the lobby and the ground floor are not on the same level. Also, they do provide bottled water when requested the water that comes out of the sink it is very cloudy city water, but after it settles, it looks OK, but that made me feel uneasy. other than that it’s my go to Hotel next time I visit my hometown Philly."

"The hotel was great clean and comfortable. The valet attached to the hotel is separate from the hotel even though I suggest using iparkit.com to book ur parking unless ur ok paying triple the price for a not so great Service. Even if ur the only one asking for your vehicle plan to wait 25 min or to get your car. And don’t lose ur ticket. It’s a very faulty system out to get u to pay max rates should u lose ur ticket. Having to wait almost 30 min is highly inconvenient "
