"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. "Front desk staff is most excellent. I've worked as a front desk clerk and I know what to expect, so giving this team an excellent is not without professional knowledge. We were a family travelling and had several needs and the staff worked to accommodate all of them. We will always choose this location when needing to be in this area. :)"

"We never seen anyone other than a strange old man sitting in a room off the kitchen who didn’t speak.Honest review of someone who loves B&Bs and the charm.
