"Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful."

"We arrived quite late, around 9pm so parking was a little challenging initially. Check in was efficient and staff on reception were amazing and very welcoming! Room decor was a little tired but comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and quite pricey but the ladies serving were receptive to our feedback so a minor point. Again staff in the Restraunt were very attentive in the evenings and at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for its central location for the City...

"This hotel has seen better days… the location is great but the rooms need a serious upgrade. The carpets desperately need to be replaced. The mattress was so used and worn that it almost folded like a taco when laying on it. Super noisy from people walking upstairs and slamming doors, and a cleaner vacuuming in the morning banged on the wall of my room a few times. There were mysterious drips and stains on the walls.
