The hotel is immaculate; new, modern, and tastefully designed. My room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was outstanding: a mix of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes, including pho, dumplings, oxtail, stewed beef, fried chicken, tropical fruits, vegan options, and fresh pastries. I’m from the Caribbean, live in Italy, and travel often ,this breakfast is a true 10/10. The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, with skyline views and the best staff, very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. My favorite drink, the Long Bein Glow cocktail, was beautifully presented. Truly five-star hospitality with heart I’d return in a heartbeat "
