We had a hard time getting bath towels replaced in the room. The shower drain was stopped up and you would wind up in 7 inches of water while showering. Property was clean and the check in process was smooth. The room was spacious. The mattress slats were broken and the mattress fell thru the bed. The door to the balcony did not lock. Lots of noise in the corridor in the night and early in the morning.
