"The staff was excellent! The beer and wine were great and the food was good!"

"Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time."

"Thumping music from the outside bar went on until after 2am - and this was in the ‘quiet’ room we asked to be moved to when the room we were initially allocated was even nearer the music. I’m baffled that any hotelier would invite that level of noise onto their property week after week given it’s so disruptive to guests. The only way to get to the bathroom from our bedroom was down an incredibly steep spiral staircase - I’ve had a room like it (and not in a good way) Mind blown by the poor...

"An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you"

"We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options. The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street...

"Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5."

"The Dial House is located right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, an easy walk to everything. Our room was in the old building and was comfortable. The bath had an attractive large tub, but only a hand-held for a shower. There was plenty of hot water. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Guests are asked to only enter through the back door of the building to not disturb dining customers. That was a little strange and inconvenient, but not a major concern. We had three concerns. ...
