"Nice staff and friendly, good breakfast. Quiet and away from the „Gardarism“. Only 5min by car into Garda, walking is not a good idea…Quite new property, freshly build car garage. Breakfast and parking included. But Standard Room is a Bit small for the requested price. For Mobile Users Hotel WLAN is a must do. Mobile Network Performance in the area don‘t exist…. I thought that‘s forever gone but you know…. "

"Wunderschöne Apartments direkt am Domplatz. Das Parkhaus liegt etwas abseits, aber zum Aus- oder Beladen des Pkw darf man vors Haus fahren. Der Bootsanleger für den ÖPNV auf dem See war sogar noch dichter an der Wohnung als das Parkhaus. "Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in Tignale. D.h. wer Probleme mit Serpentinen hat, sollte sich auf eine etwas anstrengendere Anreise vorbereiten. Der Ausblick vom Hotel über den Gardasee entschädigt für jede Strapaze während der Anreise. "The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. "Thank you for a wonderful week in your accommodation! We had a great time there with our 3-year old son Felix. I didn't expect too much before the arrival and definitely was surprised by the very obliging and friendly "welcome" - food was good, drinks too, and Felix had a great time at the playgrounds and in the different pools. "Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. "

"Sehr schön zentral in Tignale - Gardola gelegenes Appartement. Der Parkplatz war etwas weiter weg (Max. 5 Min. zu Fuß) aber dafür überdacht und mit einem Tor. Frühstück haben wir trotz voll ausgestatteter Küche im Apollo XI eingenommen, weil es wirklich gut war! Pool war nicht zu voll. Miniclub-Betreuung ist auch empfehlenswert. "

"Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions.
