"When we arrived the elevator was out of order. Also when I booked via Hotels.com the description of the room said king bed with sofa bed, when we arrived and got into the room it had a king bed only. We were advised that none of there rooms have sofa beds. Front desk staff said they would upgrade us to a suite but manager said no, so we left and booked into the Marriott down the road. I will be challenging this charge with M and T Bank."

"We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again."

"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!"
