"I had a bad experience during my five night stay. In my room, I found a fly animal in my coffee machine, leaking water through my shower door ( I fall after my shower), uncomfortable old mattress, and broken drawer along the other issue. Extremely disappointed for a luxury hotel!"

"Our room was dirty and had fingernail clippings all over from a previous guest. We booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. Neither were working and we were repeatedly told these would be fixed the next day. They were not. We went to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. I appreciated the refund for the two nights we didn’t stay there but was told I would receive a partial refund for the night we stayed there because of the issues. I don’t believe I received that. "Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....
