"It’s mainly a private club that has about 14 rooms. The rooms are on a floor with the restaurant and bar. They are tucked away in a dark hallway. The location of the club was perfect for our needs and about a 10-15 minute walk to Rittenhouse."

"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

"Property is dated. Wallpaper inside the bathroom is peeling and tile grout lines are dark brown- due to dirt not because of the esthetics. We could not get reception on the Television and the bed feela like it hasnt been changed since the the Inn opened, soft and lumpy. The receptionist is not always visible which is concerning because anyone can walk in."

"I messaged them that I would have a very late check in and it was easy to check in when I arrived. I wish they would put a note somewhere that the lobby is not ground level but on the 3rd floor. I understand why they do this on the elevator but there has to be a more efficient way as the room key not always was detectable specially with luggage and kids in hand. Breakfast was good but messy not enough staff cleaning up behind people and also people not cleaning up after themselves. The room...

"The property was as advertised in the photos. Loved the space. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and a nice little coffee/tea station. . The amenities were thoughtful and helpful. The property is well maintained. My only warning would be: watch the stairs! There are a lot of them and the outdoor stairs can get slippery."

"Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. "Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"Very industrial. Pipes showing everywhere. Small; concrete floors; no television; not a real nice area, but not too bad either. It’s not worth paying a lot for. I like having people around that greet you, say hello, etc. Room/“kitchen” was clean; big shower/bathroom."

"Close to the Amtrak train station and clean room with a comfortable bed. Not the most friendliest staff and the coffe shop in the lobby serves cold coffee!!! It was my second time staying there and the coffee is always cold!"
