But please understand that we are in the tropical weather where insects are expected to be around. Insect spray as we are doing periodically can keep them away for a period of time only. Also, our style is nature friendly with green lushes, and leaves just keep falling. Regarding the hot water, we are using the solar power for the water heating system as we had informed you at check-in. When turning the water on, please be patient until the water is heated sufficiently. Moreover, the temperature in Phu Quoc is quite warm for now. Generally, we regret that you did not feel good about us due to our design. We hope your next travel would be more enjoyable.

As you may have known, mosquitoes and lizards are "our friends" in this tropical area. But we have mosquito repellent available at the Front Desk that the guests can use. Daily housekeeping is delivered in routine during breakfast time to avoid disturbance to the guests. In any case, the 24/7 Front Desk is on guests' request.
