"Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We have had a great stay for our honeymoon at Royal signature hotel .The hotel was extremely clean and has been renovated to a high standard. The room had excellent facilities and aircon which was a lifesaver! The staff were really attentive and were extremely friendly! Special shout out to Cendy and Mia who were on reception, as well as Jimmi who would greet us at the door everyday. The location was excellent and was close to everything, such as the night markets, the lake and temple. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we are ever back in Hanoi again."

"Great staff who make guests feel extremely welcome throughout their stay. The rooms were lovely, breakfast service was great and we loved watching the sunset from the the ozone bar and pool area. Hong from reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and is a real asset to the hotel, as was Lisa from the Ding Doong restaurant. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other travellers to Hanoi."

"The professional staff from the Lobby, the hospitality staff, the body treatment services to the rooftop bar. You were welcomed every time you entered the building and you could see that greetings were genuine and the staff cared for every customer. The morning breakfasts were of a very high standard and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Our stay was excellent, thank you and keep up the standard."

"We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go."
