"I arrived at hotel after 20 hrs on an airplane with swollen feet and ankles. They provided a bucket of ice water to soak them. I would stay here again for sure."

"Absolutely amazing. Great location in the Old Town near the lake. Great shopping. The rooms a small. That is informative, not a complaint. The beds, pillows, ac very comfortable. Loved the small pool and the roof top bar. I went there everyday. Also, had a nice gym with a view of the city. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Hanoi."

"Great experience, the staff is super attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The hotel is almost brand new, the Grand Suite is very nicely sized and the facilities are in excellent condition. You can’t beat the location, you can walk to almost anywhere in the Old Quarters from here. Another highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is super high quality and has a great assortment of food to cover all preferences. Thanks to Julie and Jesse for making this a great experience."

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
