Khách sạn Pilton

"Beautifully clean and well presented hotel. Every member of staff are very welcoming, professional, helpful and make you feel that you're at home. The breakfast is very good and evening meal menu is also very good. Either the bar or the restaurant are available to eat. The swimming pool and spa is available during your stay. Would certainly recommend😄"

"Beautiful setting and very welcoming by Sam. Great breakfast and comfortable beds."

"Staff was pleasant on the face but didn’t provide any service. Asked for extra blanket as the temperature in the room was low, first night we were told that there’s no extra blanket available. Second night the person on reception said ok, we will send it later but didn’t. Also the phone was not working from the room to the reception but reception could call us. We had to go downstairs for asking what we need."

"Very helpfull staff. Evening meal and breakfast were exceptional. No draft beer in the bar. Food and drink prices a bit high. Pre stay admin generated by expedia was atrocious."

"+Clean room. Good location. Near stores and restaurants. Nice staff. Helpful. -Poor breakfast. No scrambled eggs. Profile shows they have luggage storage but once I have booked, I received message they haven’t one."

"Used this as a base for an activity we were doing close by. Was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice to use the restaurant on site. Would definitely stay again."

"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Breakfast great...staff also great!"

"Clean room"

"Hotel and staff were excellent.I had a bad experience at another hotel in Peterborough that didn’t accommodate my disabled friend well. I booked this at very short notice and they could not be more accommodating. Hotel was spotless, food excellent. The onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious- it’s a grill/steak restaurant- very high quality. Will definitely return."

"Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area."

"Staff was very rude"

"The parking was easy and free, the staff could of been more friendly and more helpful, the rooms and hotel look worn out and the carpet in the room had dirt"
