The hotel was under some well needed renovations when we arrived, looks like they were doing a new pool area. Sailport Waterfront Suites
The room was clean but needs updates. Carpet was kinda gross, tub needed to be replaced it was peeling and cracked. Veiw was amazing,bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice.

Mint House St. Petersburg Downtown by Kasa
The facilities were very clean and a very safe environment. The staff nd guests were considerate and respectful. Conveniently located near ballpark and the many shops restaurants and night life. Definitely highly recommended to stay here..Definitely will when im back in st Pete
