"When I booked, you did not say they were under construction and that pool was closed. My hallway on 4th floor smelled like someone's musty basement. My bed was broken and I had to switch rooms. We had to walk through construction area which smelled of chemicals. There was not air conditioning in foyer and where we eat breakfast."

"Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads. The pool area was nice, except there were 20 or so adults sitting outside drinking not paying any attetion to ther kids. 15 to 20 kids were running and jumping in the pool and hottub and sliding around on the floor, and screaming. I informed the front desk employee and the breakfast bar had no non dairy source of protein and the cream cheese tasted like it was expired"
