"Lovely stay in this friendly pub. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff were excellent, specially the lovely girl who worked so hard to make sure everything was OK. We were welcomed by the locals and had two days of live music in the garden. Fab weekend."

Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. "I loved the peace and quiet! The location is in a beautiful area, far from any noise or light pollution. The walks and runs are stunning with great way-marks. The laundry onsite was particularly helpful. The accommodation was very well equipped with clear instructions. It was warm, bright, spacious and felt very safe (as a lone traveler). The bed was comfortable. The water is delicious as it is local (not full of chlorine)! I wish I'd brought a bottle to take some home."

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
