"Our suite was recently renovated and exceeded our expectations. Large wall to wall window with a balcony with river view. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffin, cereal, fruit, juices etc. and coffee. There was no shortage of food and the attendant was continuously replenishing the supply. The breakfast room had a view of the river. We recommend!"

"The property in very close to train rails and noisy. It is used by trains over the evening and nights. They have white noise machines in the room and bring ear plugs if you prefer."

"The property is old but well located and nicely renovated and maintained. Had everything I needed and secure for parking my motorcycle. The restaurant on site was very good."

"The gentleman that was at the desk was super helpful and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay great, however the room was not very clean, the bathroom vent had more dirt built up than an archeological dig site. The bathtub needed some love too. We used the public bathroom when we arrived and there was no soap or anything to dry your hands but oddly there was hand lotion .. because that’s an important step after you’ve used the bathroom. You have to pay to park for the night and...

"My room smelled like fish, toilet didnt flush properly, fan was noisy. They were fumigating a room just down from me. I shouldn't have to check for bugs when I first enter my room, but I did."

"Very dirty and smelt very bad on this day as it was very hot and no air conditioning so the smell was amplified even though they tried covering it up with air fresheners. The rug was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile again possibly due to no air conditioning and heat. Would not advise anyone with breathing issues to stay here as they had really sprayed a lot of air fresheners to cover smell in building. "This is the first Sandman's Inn. 2 story's, no elevator. Some moderations. Neighboring Cafe was good. Original owner wa a friend so I might be a bit biased. God Loves you!"

"Booked thru the app on our way into Kamloops. Sketchy part of town for sure and the dumpy look from the outside made us change our minds. Went in to google reviews which vary differently from the fairly nice reviews on Expedia. Obviously they have stacked their own reviews and the photos have been borrowed from elsewhere. Didn’t really care that I wasted money on 2 rooms, I would not have enjoyed the stay."
