"I was traveling with my daughter and this was our first visit to Joshua Tree national park. We both enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved the hammocks outside the rooms. We were able to do some star gazing from the motel grounds as well. The AC was too loud and we turned it off. Before coming we were a bit worried about safety, but we found the area and the motel safe. "

"I had another wonderful stay at Lakefront Lodge, and this one truly stood out. Stephanie at the front desk was exceptional from the very beginning. I called ahead to ask about availability and the possibility of an early check-in, which was really important for me since I’m traveling with my dogs and recovering from two surgeries over the past few months.

"In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The trip was in the beginning of April so really it was between seasons. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There were issues of noise after hours. However, they were responsive to the noise complaints. The cabin (Cabin 7) was clean and comfortable.
