"We were there during a busy time but the lobby elevator was superr slow and we walked all around trying to find the stairs. We walked up a floor and were told we shouldn’t be using those elevators. Our room was clean, except the shower had mold in it and we didn’t have any soap/bodywash in the shower ..."
