Evangeline Downs Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room ..."
