"Great hotel to stay at close to the Syracuse International Airport. The breakfast is nothing great but the shuttle service to the airport is very good. Shuttle service runs every half hour. We stayed at this location on the night of our arrival and on the night before our departure. It is only a 10-minute shuttle ride from the airport."

"The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back.
