"They do not allow cats even though they say they are pet friendly. We got there to check in and were turned away with our pet. OMG!"

"Had to wait 30 minutes around midnight when I got in before anyone came to the front desk... and that was after calling them upwards to 20 times while standing in the lobby. I witnessed this happening to more guests as well. No slip prevention mats I've the tub/showers. No microwaves. No coffee makers. Rooms were very drab / colorless."

"The room was okay, the floor was sticky in the bathroom but it didn't feel dirty. It's an older hotel, it's okay, we debating leaving as soon as we arrived and find a nicer hotel but ended up staying. Photos look bettee than in person. Some of the staff was very friendly."

The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. "They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."
