"Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. "

"Nice small cosy room that was toasty warm. Only marked it down as the milk in the little pots was just a solid mass of gloop so could not make a drink. A note on the wall advised that milk was available downstairs in the bar, which is no good if you make a first brew after the place is closed. "

"This is a very well presented, clean, comfortable and roomy property. Comfy bed, good size TV and great shower too. Big supermarkets are only about 1.5 miles away and a restaurant very close by. Parking is right outside. The host had put the heating and lights on for my arrival which was great. Also a selection of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend."

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "Super nice B&B in the welsh countryside... as close to a town (Ammanford) as you would want but far enough away to be rural. Rooms (we have stayed there twice in the past month) are really rather nice, showers have plenty of hot water and the hosts, Jane and Nigel, serve a breakfast that keeps you going for the rest of the day"
