Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. This is not their fault and something that the management should be paying close attention to. All in all we had a really nice time and will be returning at some point"

Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule. "

Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded."
"Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !"

"I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleased with my experience. The room was a bit warm in the afternoon, but no AC was promised, so that was expected. Breakfast was basic, which matched the cost, and was sufficient to start the day.
Check-in was handled at a separate location, which was slightly unusual, but check-out was simple and straightforward. Overall, for the price, this hotel offered a very good experience, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value."
"We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote made even better by our stay at Villa Aine. Right from booking the villa the communication was brilliant, we were sent everything we needed and the hosts were happy to answer any questions that we had.
Although we had seen the photos, we all felt that they really didn't do the apartment justice, it is truly fabulous. Javier and Erika have done a fantastic job making the villa an ideal home from home with everything you could possibly need. The villa is centrally located in Puerto Calero and an easy walk to the marina, the supermarket and the fabulous Puerto Calero sports Centre which is just down the road. If you are thinking of staying here then I highly recommend it, this villa is one of the best we have ever stayed in and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be."
"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us.
Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
