"Very nice resort for couples only. I made the mistake of bringing my young adults. It's a very boring resort, almost like a morgue at times. Entertainment is okay. You are in the middle of nowhere. No place to explore. The food (restaurants) are no good, disgusting. The buffet is small and serves the same crap everyday. The best restaurant is the Grill. Bring your Pepto you will be moving your bowels alot at this resort for some reason. My daughter got Ecole food poisoning at the Los Olas...

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

"The shining stars of this resort was the room and the staff. Location is not the best, BUT i stayed on resort most of the time so very much got to experience what was available on-site. Plenty to do, but not so much that it felt overwhelming or too busy. It was amazingly relaxing!!! Highly recommend staying on the 26th floor as my room was jaw-dropping. Water was beautiful, beaches were nice. Pools were clean. Buffet was awesome ( I did not bother with the other restaurants because of the wait)....
