"The room was astounding! This was hands-down the best place that I stayed during my trip, even among other properties with Stay with Bear. The property is gorgeous, capturing Old San Juan architecture with modern upgrades. The property operates with self-check-in (a keypad entrance and individual lock-boxes on each door), so there is no staff on-site. There is luggage storage for travelers that require it for early check-in or later departures. There are multiple floors and no elevator, so just note this to be ready with your luggage. Can't wait to return!"

"Hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan and you can walk everywhere and see the sights. It has recently been renovated The lobby and our room were clean and looked great. The check in at exactly 4 pm needs to be improved. There were 20 people waiting for our keys. So then at 4pm all the rooms were available?! You can start the process at 3:30… maybe… "
