"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

"Apartment was excellent in all aspects . On site restaurant facilities very dissapointing with 2 of 3 restaurants closed. Parking late evening very challenging."

"We had a fabulous stay here. Martin and Viktoria are wonderful hosts and have created a true oasis just minutes from the beach and Estepona. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was wonderful. Book it now!"

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a good location. The hotel was excellently presented, clean and well maintained. The pool and loungers were fabulous. The restaurant we didn’t use except for breakfast which was brilliant. The rooms were large and well equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. The spa was fantastic. Overall an amazing stay"
