"Overall great experience with hotel. However, check in was very disappointing. I called ahead to notify them we were in the area. The receptionist (Ashafar?) Seemed minimally engaged or eager to help at all. Upon arrival he seemed bothered and distracted. We were the only ones checking in at the time and it took a bit to get going. "

"We recently stayed at the newly renovated Residence Inn in Pleasanton for five days, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were—especially in meeting the needs of my child with special needs.
