"Clean and spacious room. Parking is safe and secure. Buffet breakfast had decent options. Only con - Batter for the pancake machine was not refilled to maintain the full duration of breakfast buffet period."

"Shower had very low pressure and not enough water. Also very noisy during our stay. There was a wedding party that was very loud late into the night. Layout of breakfast area very congested."

"Mae at check in was very helpful and welcoming!"

"Absolute disaster! Don't stay here. Their AC wasn't working. They only had heat and it was unbearable. The staff, especially Jennifer, refused to do anything or offer alternatives. I'm still waiting for my refund."

"Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. After finally getting our room, we had an extremely long walk to the elevator. My sister has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and POTS, which make walking long distances difficult. "We had a wonderful stay at the Windrose on Hudson!! What a beautiful place! The facilities are very nice and the grounds are amazing!"

I advised we had driven 4 hrs, and they moved us to another inferior room but at least the plumbing and air conditioning worked....

"This hotel served our purposes very well."

"After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

"Well, maintained property and great location!"

"Easy to get to right off of Route 9. Nice breakfast and gym. Only complaint is that the indoor pool wasn't heated enough. Front desk was a breeze. Our go to place when visiting family in Ossining and Mahopac."
