"Hotel grounds were nicely kept, but it seemed like the room hadn’t been looked at in a while. Lots of dust on the vents and the shower/tub had a real hard time draining. Staff at the front desk couldn’t provide me a bandaid and the bonvoy app wasn’t working which makes ordering food difficult. One day I was connected to person who took my order over the phone and delivered something close to what I ordered. The second day I called and then said it wasn’t possible to order on the phone but then connected me to a different number that went to voicemail. I was also really surprised to see that there was delivery fee for room service. I’m already paying to stay and for the rooms service. I’ve never seen a delivery fee for room service before. It made a cup of tea an $11 purchase which is wild. That’s a bigger delivery fee than most restaurants in the area."

"The best thing about this place was the staff every single employee there was so incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. The facilities, however, are really dingy and dirty. The doors are all banged up and it almost feels like people were breaking into each room at some point. The walls have scuffs all over them. The floors are really dirty. There’s always a smell of pot in the air. The parking garage is dimly lit so it makes you nervous when you go out to your car. The refrigerator and kitchen is really dingy."
