"Bad mold smell in bldg 9 4th floor in the rooms. Other tenants complained about it also. We requested another bldg to stay in. Smell was unbearable. They gave us another room in another building, which also had an odor, but not as bad. We will never stay here again. "

"The woman at the check in counter was super friendly. The room was super clean. I stayed in tower Two and had one of my best nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The bed was amazing and the bathroom was large and spacious. The lady that cleaned the room on my floor was so nice and kind and wished me a good morning. I was so impressed with everything "

"Stayed here in early January for our Disney trip, instead of a very pricey Disney hotel. Loved the 3 bed, 3 bath unit. Plenty of room for us and our 20 something kids to have our own space. Front desk staff was very nice and professional. Nice amenities though we did not partake. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"Everything was great. We didn't have the breakfast it was $17.99 for the buffet. McDonalds was practically in the parking lot. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the shuttle to universal. Thank you "

"Great shrimp tacos and chicken tenders, family enjoyed their quesadillas too. Stayed in Americana building 6 with Volcano Bay view, beautiful and clean. Facilities gates were hard to open with hotel key, family could not get several gates open throughout stay which was frustrating. Others also having issues. Walking path to city walk convenient. Housekeeping came every other day to just make beds and give more towels and coffee. Didn’t get more wash cloths second time they came. Poolside great, lots of towels too out there and chairs. "

"The desk clerk Mario was very attentive and polite, and all the rest of the staff were very nice. The room was very clean, and what I like the most was the blanket was a fluffy, white comforter, and not like the normal burlap bag blankets they give you at other hotels.
