"I've stayed here twice during the off season for local events. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. There is ample free parking on site and an elevator (in the building I stayed at, not sure about the other buildings). I would stay here again. "

"Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. "
