"The first impression is that the place is obviously very clean, reception, walkways, even the parking lot , and the room was spotless, all ceramic tiles no yucky carpets. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff were super nice. This was great value for money and I would stay there again."

"The room seemed OK at first, then we went into the bathroom - it was filthy - hair in the tub and an obvious layer of crud and the floor was not clean. We went to the front desk and complained - they offered another room. Went to check it and found not only a dirty bathroom but the bed looked like someone had laid on it. Front desk person was quite nice - but we cancelled the stay and walked out - they agreed not to charge us for the room. Also we noticed that the area did not seem well secured...

"We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, April 18th. We ended up never receiving our food. We waited a long time, and no staff member provided any explanation or updates about the delay. Eventually, we had to leave. Poor communication and service overall. Not what we expected, especially for a paid meal."
